Mobile massage therapy: the treatment comes to you
No traffic, no waiting room, no rushing back to the car afterwards. How a mobile session works at home, at the office or at your gym.

One of the biggest benefits of massage is the calm you feel afterwards, and it disappears quickly when you have to drive home through traffic. That's why most HealthyZone sessions happen where you already are: at home, at the office or at your gym, anywhere in Greater Montréal.
Before the session
Take a warm shower beforehand. The heat helps your muscles relax, so the treatment can work more effectively from the very start.
What I bring
- A professional, padded massage table and face cradle.
- Clean sheets, towels and a blanket for every client.
- Professional-grade oils and lotions, unscented or lightly scented, suitable for all skin types.
What you need
A quiet, private room with enough space for the massage table and free movement around it, approximately 2 × 3 metres. Access to a nearby electrical outlet is recommended for the table warmer. Soft lighting and minimal interruptions help create the best conditions for treatment. Set-up and take-down take approximately ten minutes and are not deducted from your treatment time.
After the session
- Take your time getting up and avoid moving quickly.
- Drink more water than usual for the rest of the day.
- Have something to eat.
- If you'd like to shower, wait a couple of hours to avoid cramps.
- Take a short walk if possible.
The best place to relax is the one you don't have to leave.
Mobile sessions are the same registered massage therapy you'd receive in a clinic, with an insurance receipt after every visit. Send a message with your neighbourhood and preferred times, and we'll set it up.
